I am passionate about helping individuals, families, and business owners achieve peace of mind by developing and implementing Intelligent Solutions with Exceptional Service. I founded this law firm after 20 years of practicing law, so that I could use my experience, education, talents, and skills to assist others. My previous legal work includes estate planning, probate administration, business law, and family law as well as litigation in state and federal courts, including complex and multi-district litigation, mass torts, products liability, RICO, fraud, and criminal defense. Representing clients with zealous advocacy, working with families, businesses and individuals in crisis, all planning for their future, has taught me the importance of compassion, integrity and faith when practicing law. Prior to establishing my own firm, I worked with law firms from small to medium and a large civil litigation defense firm, specializing in expert witness challenges and strategic litigation planning and implementation.
As part of my estate planning practice, I create customized estate plans and work with individuals, families and businesses in implementing their vision for the succession of the wealth they worked hard to create. Through the probate administration process, I assist clients when loved ones pass away. I also work with families and individuals with special needs and those who can no longer manage their own affairs. I treat my clients like family, protecting their interests as if they were my own, and making sound recommendations to help them accomplish their planning goals.
As part of my business law practice, I work with clients in the formation of various business entities, provide ongoing support and consulting for the operation and management of businesses, identify the need for and develop tailored business succession plans to ensure the smooth transition of business operations in the event of death, disability or other client-specified circumstances.
I believe that effective planning is critical to the financial, emotional, and physical well-being of my clients and I am honored when clients give me the opportunity to be involved in the process.
Unfortunately, more and more often, there is a need to resolve disputes through court intervention. When necessary, I accept select cases requiring litigation to protect the interests of my clients.
